Good hand drawing visual & solid music (Not as good as Street of Rage 1 & 2 but really close and better than Street of Rage 3 music)
Solid old school gameplay (with some new stuff thrown in)
Can be enjoyed online or offline

Part 2 Cons - 8:00 to 13:43
Might be repetitive (or too old school) for some
