Dark Soul Remastered Review (Switch Version)
My review of Dark Soul Remastered for the Nintendo Switch (also on PS4, XboxOne & PC/Steam). For gameplay footage click here - https://youtu.be/betpCIQti_w
Launch Trailer - https://youtu.be/nX66TVXF4y8
Digital Foundry on the Switch version of Dark Soul Remastered - https://youtu.be/JZdfO8ECwdo
Part 1 Pro - 0:18 to 6:17
Fun but challenging gameplay (If you like that type of gameplay)
Runs well at 1080p at 30fps (720p at 30fps when undocked)
Plays well with either Joy-Cons or Pro Controller (go with Pro Controller if you can)
Part 2 Cons - 6:23 to 15:10
Visuals are more in line with the PS3/360 version (Compare to the PS4, XboxOne or PC/Steam although there are some who don’t like the visuals look in the other remastered version)
Switch runs at 30fps compare to the others that run at 60fps
The A & B button situation

For this week my 2 cents Switch/Gaming for the week of November 16 to 22 I give my thoughts on November 2018 NPD, Super Smash Bros Ultimate doing well, Nintendo may find themselves in court in Europe and a rapper name Soulja Boy is selling his own brand of video games (that might get him in some legal trouble)

Launch Trailer - https://youtu.be/8OALKMbGjFw
Pat on the NES version of Toki - https://youtu.be/nob1UmvCuFs
Part 1 Pro - 0:18 to 4:19
Love the 2-D art style & remix music
Old-School arcade 2-D style gameplay
Part 2 Cons - 4:25 to 9:08
Game isn’t for everyone (especially if you don’t like one hit kills)
No replay vales
