07:56 - Part 2 Cons

Pro
Runs at 60fps & Higher Resolution (up to 4K in Dock, HD in portable)
Gameplay still holds up well
New addition (Switch 2 version), like the Ether Jet to Amiibo support
Cons
Ether Jet can’t be unlocked until Chapter 4 & reach Bionis Leg Refugee Camp
Although not expansive, the upgrade to the Switch 2 version is $10 (for those who have the Switch 1 version)
Some Criticism from the Switch 1 version still stands in the Switch 2 version

Switch 2 version holds up very well (both in visuals and performance)

My review/thoughts on the streaming service Tubi
Tag for this video: #briansolow #gamer55551 #streaming #streamingnow #streamingseriesreview #streamingservices #review #tubi
Tubi cost: Free
00:00 - Intro
02:14 - What I like
05:58 - What I don’t like/Mix/Not Sure
09:26 - Overall
What I like
Its Free
A good selection of shows, movies & anime (especially since they carried a lot of old shows, since some of them may not be available on other streaming services)
Nice that Tubi has original shows & movies (although some of that does come down to your preference/taste)
What I don’t like/Mix/Not Sure
The live TV part of Tubi is meh
You will have to accept some of the trade-offs for Tubi being free (720p resolution, no offline mode & no ad-free option)

For this week's My 2 Cents Nintendo/Gaming video for the week of September 6 to 12, 2026, I give my thoughts on Capcom looking to revive some of the old IP, Thoughts on the Zelda Direct, & Thoughts on the September Nintendo Direct

12:08 - Part 1 Capcom
18:08 - Part 2 Zelda Direct
19:04 - What I like (Zelda Direct)
21:10 - What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Zelda Direct)
Persona 4 Remake & Persona 6 are coming to the Switch 2
Far Cry 3 & Blood Dragon are coming to Switch 2
Resident Evil 2,3 & 4 Remake are happening on Switch 2
Some nice (and surprising) announcements, like Metal Slug Ultimate Collection to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Metroid Ravenous & Kirby and the World Beyond were the highlights for me
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Direct)
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is getting a Switch 2 version, but the upgrade will be around $30 (for those who own the Switch 1 version. Also, Switch 2 is a game key card)
No Dustblood release date, nor did we see a new 3D Mario game
Great that Switch 2 is getting good 3rd-party support, but the wow factor will eventually wear off

For this week's My 2 Cents Nintendo/Gaming video for the week of August 30 to September 4, 2026, I share my thoughts on new info on the Switch 2 port of Stellar Blade, CD Projekt Red is happy about Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2 & thoughts on the September 2026 State of Play

14:54 - Part 1 Stellar Blade
22:20 - Part 2 Cyberpunk 2077
30:26 - Part 3 State of Play
32:06 - What I like (State of Play)
36:00 - What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (State of Play)
Konami had some good stuff to show, like Rev. Noir & Rhapsody in Scarlet
FF7 Revelation release date (April 8) plus some gameplay was shown & FF Resonance had a demo release
Although I’m not a Gundam fan, I might try out Rogue Orbit
Good pick for PS classic (Mega Man X Command, Dino Crisis 2 & Ratchet & Clank)
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (State of Play)
The clip for the upcoming Resident Evil movie seems unnecessary
Japan State of Play was better

13:36 - Overall (Spider-Man Brand New Day)
What I like (The Mighty Nien)
I like that we have a bit more of a story behind these characters
Animations are good (with an Avatar vibe to it)
Fight sequences in the show are good
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (The Mighty Nien)
Don’t expect the same kind of comedy you got from Vox Machina
What I like (Spider-Man Brand New Day)
I was somewhat surprised how they handled The Punisher well in a PG-13 movie
Jean Grey being somewhat a villain in this was interesting
Seeing The Hulk, Punisher & Spider-Man all in the same scene was cool
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Spider-Man Brand New Day)
I’m a little mixed on the end credit scene

Cast & Crew (Daredevil Born Again) - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt18923754/fullcredits/?ref_=ttpg_ov_at_pop_cst
Number of episodes in Daredevil Born Again season 2 - 8
Runtime for each episode - between 44 and 51 minutes
00:00 - Intro
01:14 - Part 1 The Odyssey
03:14 - What I like (The Odyssey)
05:32 - What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (The Odyssey)
06:08 - Overall (The Odyssey)
08:16 - Part 2 Daredevil Born Again Season 2
10:28 - What I like (Daredevil Born Again)
12:20 - What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Daredevil Born Again)
14:08 - Overall (Daredevil Born Again)
What I like (The Odyssey)
Christopher Nolan's style still holds up
The battle of Troy & the conflict with the Cyclops (Laestrygonians) are some of my favorite scenes
Matt Damon did a good job playing Odysseus
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (The Odyssey)
The choice of music for the end credits seems odd
What I like (Daredevil Born Again)
I like the idea of Daredevil & Bullseye having to work together
Nice to see Jessica Jones (and Luke Cage for a bit) make an appearance
I like some of the flashback scenes, like when Wilson Fisk was going to the art gallery, and Foggy Nelson appeared in a flashback scene
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Daredevil Born Again)
Some may not like how this season plays too close to current events

For this week, my 2 cents Nintendo/Gaming video for the week of July 12 to 18, 2026, I give my thoughts on ID Software's response to layoffs, Capcom talks about the RE engine on Switch 2, Sony faces a lawsuit over physical media & update from Bethesda.
Tag for this video: #briansolow #gamer55551 #my2cents #idsoftware #bethesda #bethesdagamestudios #capcomgames #capcom #switch2 #nintendoswitch2
Jon Bernthal does a good job playing Frank Castle/The Punisher
I like how the story has (sorta) 2 parts. One being Frank Castle/The Punisher PDST, while the other being Ma Gnucci (Judith Light) getting her revenge on what The Punisher did to her family
Definitely pushes the TV-MA rating for this movie on Disney+ (still blows my mind that this is on Disney+)
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure
Outside of Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll), don’t expect to see the cast of Daredevil (or Daredevil: Born Again) appear in this movie
I do wish the movie were longer

00:00 Introduction
01:58 Quick My 2 Cents
10:04 Movies/TV Show
16:22 Part 1 GameStop & Ebay
23:46 Part 2 Nintendo
33:30 Part 3 Star Fox
37:32 What I like (Star Fox)

44:56 Part 4 FF7 Rebirth
47:16 What I like (FF7 Rebirth)
48:58 What I didn't like/Mix/Not Sure (FF7 Rebirth)
Visually, the game looks good on the Switch 2 (despite some mixed responses to the character model)
Classic Star Fox gameplay returns
An optional control scheme this time around
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Star Fox)
Another remake of Star Fox 64
Part 4 FF7 Rebirth
Me playing the Demo - https://youtu.be/f_8pYS6QlTw
What I Like (FF7 Rebirth)
Like FF7 Remake, gameplay/combat is enjoyable
The game is running well on Switch 2 (even at 30fps)
What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (FF7 Rebirth)
Although Switch 2 DLSS helps the visuals do take a hit (Some parts are ok, others are not)
Some pop in here and there

Pro
Visually, the game looks good (and the music is awesome)
Runs well at 60fps (120fps mode is available)
Gameplay still holds up (it also controls well, too)
Cons
The story is a hit and a miss.
Mix on the use of the Vi-O-La (the motorcycle) and the somewhat open world part
A lot of controversy on the amiibo for this game - https://www.ign.com/articles/metroid-prime-4-beyonds-30-amiibo-sparks-exclusive-bike-radio-backlash
