Double Review - Beetlejuice Beetlejuice & Batman Caped Crusaders

My review/thought on Beetlejuice Beetlejuice & Amazon Prime Batman Caped Crusaders

Note to Parents: Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is rated PG-13 here in the USA -  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2049403/parentalguide/?ref_=tt_ql_stry_4

Cast & Crew for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2049403/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ql_pop_2

Note to Parents: Batman Caped Crusaders is rated TV-14 here in the USA - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2049403/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ql_pop_2

Cast & Crew for Batman Caped Crusaders - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14681596/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ql_pop_2

Number of episodes - 10

Runtime for each episode - 22 to 24 minutes

00:00 - Intro

01:12 - Part 1 Beetlejuice Beetlejuice

02:44 - What I Like (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice)

05:18 - What I didn’t like/Miss/Not Sure (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice)

06:10 - Overall (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice)

07:44 - Part 2 Batman Caped Crusaders

09:54 - What I like (Batman Caped Crusaders)

12:06 - What I Didn't Like/Mix/Not Sure (Batman Caped Crusaders)

13:44 - Overall (Batman Caped Crusaders)

What I Like (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice)

Tim Burton's style still holds up

Most of the original cast returns

Michael Keaton still knock it out of the park as Beetlejuice

Story is enjoyable

What I didn’t like/Miss/Not Sure (Beetlejuice Beetlejuice)

Jermey (Arthur Conti) felt like a useless villain

What I like (Batman Caped Crusaders)

Like that, they went with a 40’s/50’s noir look

Hamish Linklater (Batman) & Jason Watkins (Alfred) do a good job voicing their roles

Episode 9 (The Killer Inside Me) & 10 (Savage Night) are my favorite

What I Didn't Like/Mix/Not Sure (Batman Caped Crusaders)

Didn’t like that Two-Face was killed off

Very mix of Oswalda Cobblepot (Minnie Driver)

Note to Parents Season 2 of Star Trek Picard is rated TV-MA here in the USA - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8806524/parentalguide/?ref_=tt_ql_stry_4

Number of Episodes (The Acolyte) - 8

Number of Episodes (Picard season 2) - 10

Cast & Crew (Picard season 2) - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8806524/fullcredits/?ref_=ttep_ql_pop_2

Runtime for each episode (The Acolyte) - Between 32 minutes to 42 minutes

Runtime of each episode (Picard season 2) - Between 39 minutes to 56 minutes

00:00 - Intro

01:22 - Part 1 The Acolyte

03:00 - What I like (The Acolyte)

04:08 - What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (The Acolyte)

05:22 - Overall (The Acolyte)

07:12 - Part 2 Picard Season 2

08:40 - What I like (Picard season 2)

11:56 - What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Picard season 2)

13:44 - Overall (Picard season 2)

 What I like (The Acolyte)

I like the idea of exploring The Old Republic

Some of the fight scenes were cool

What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (The Acolyte)

The story wasn’t this series strong point

None of the characters are memorable

What I like (Picard season 2)

Nice to see John de Lancie play Q again

Some nice easter eggs to see in season 2

The time-traveling approach was interesting…

What I didn’t like/Mix/Not Sure (Picard season 2)

…But not as good as season 1 that involves Data

Q felt like he played a minor role in season 2

Mix on Adam Soong (Brent Spiner)
